Live face-to-face classroom training through presentation, pre-test, videos, group discussions and presentations.

  • Understanding the impact of effective debt collection and credit control on cash flow and profitability
  • Learn how to assess and manage credit risk
  • Causes of delinquencies (external & internal factors) and implementing preventative measures to avoid future delinquencies
  • Understanding the principle and practices of effective debt collection
  • Discover ways of collecting background information that will lead to quality debt collection strategies
  • Learn techniques of managing and prioritizing outstanding debts
  • Develop strategies for negotiating with creditors and establish repayment plans
  • Learn communication techniques for handling difficult debtors
  • Confidently use a phone script to handle overdue invoice calls and address common customer questions
  • Understanding the legal and regulatory aspect of debt collection
  • Learn how to monitor and evaluate performance against established benchmarks
