Ms. Stella Ng,oma holds an MBA in International Business and Trade, specializing in Sustainability from Brandeis University International Business School (USA), a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Malawi, The Polytechnic (Malawi). She has also attended various courses in Account-Based Marketing (SiriusDecisions-USA), Perfomance Management and Stragic Change Management, Business Skills Management, Program Development, Monitoring and Evaluation among others.

 

 

 Stella Ng'oma has over 15 years of management experience in Business Development, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, gained both locally and internationally in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Upon graduating from the University of Malawi, she joined Press Corporation Limited's 2-year Rotational Management Trainee program, where she moved on to work as Assistant Sales Manager and Buying and Distribution Manager for Tambala Food Products.She later joined Blantyre Printing and Publishing (now Times Group) as a Product Manager and Marketing Manager – Corporate for print services, and later moved on to work as Marketing Services Manager for Blantyre Newspapers Limited. Stella Ng'oma also worked as Regional Manager and Branch Manager for Banja La Mtsogolo and Afrox Malawi Limited respectively. She has joined MCCCI after working for Staples Business Advantage in the USA as a Marketing Consultant-Customer Relationship Marketing. She is currently a member of the International Business Women Association.
